I Am Trying To Convince Optum Rx That Hyoscyamine Sulfate

I am trying to convince Optum rx that Hyoscyamine sulfate is the only medicine I know of for RELIEF of, not prevention of esophageal spasms, which i get about 12 times/yr. This med is not in my plan's formulary, so the customer service rep at Optum has been trying for an hour to get her verification "expert" to ok it. I'll pay for the med, if they'll just send it!
Can you help me?
