I Am Trying To Determine If My Daughter Has Been

I am trying to determine if my daughter has been bitten by a tick. She has a round red, slightly raised circle on her calf, about the size of a quarter, with a very tiny bump right in the center. It was itching her yesterday but today it doesn't bother her. How can I tell? My doctors office is closed right now.
