I Am Trying To Determine What The Itchy And Discolored

I am trying to determine what the itchy and discolored patch of skin is and what I can do to make it go away. It’s on my back and it’s grayish in color, almost circular in shape. My personal care provider called It dermatitis and said there’s really not much to do about it.
