I Am Trying To Figure Out If I Had A

I am trying to figure out if I had a period the month or not. It wasn't normal. It came 5 days before my original start date. It started off light pink spotting. Then it turned red. It only last for 2 days. During this time I used only 2 pads and never filled either one. Just changed it. Towards the end of the second day it had turned to brown spotting. All of this was mostly when I wiped. I also had not cramps. I have taken a pregnancy test but they are all negative. What's going on?
