I Am Trying To Figure Out What Is Going On

I am trying to figure out what is going on with my husband. He has severe depression and is in chronic pain 24/7 due to arthritis and other issues. He has also been diagnosed with PTSD recently. He has been extremely fatigued for at lest 9 months and every test the doctor has run is coming back normal. He has stomach issues along with this also. He can be fine one day and then the next day he is nauseous. I am a very frustrated wife because I can't help make him better. Please give me your opinion.
