I Am Trying To Find Out If I May Have

I am trying to find out if I may have started menopause I just turned 46 last week. My period which comes faithfully every month has not come yet. No s/s of it even coming. I get hot all the time but that has been going on since I was 6, nothing really has changed there. I also feel very nauseated. Could this be menopause?
