I Am Trying To Find Out Why I Have Charlie

I am trying to find out why I have Charlie horses muscle spasm 3 to 5 times a day both on the right and left side I take Soma twice a day sometimes it would take twice a day until you go to that I take Tramadol 4 pain I could just move a little bit and it kicks in I am on top of my lungs and pray that nobody hears being neighborhood it is getting outrageously bad 3 & 4 stage kidney failure I have lupus restless leg syndrome I can't sleep I have high blood preasure with all of that I just avoid things that just ain't puttin in there goes our visit my other stuff can you tell me what to do or have to talk to my doctor about this I'm alone so much now going on for years and it's just down
