I Am Trying To Help My Brother Who Is Under

I am trying to help my brother who is under the care of a physician to be able to describe his symptoms. He is an alcoholic as well and they are checking him for parkinsons due to a hand tremor but he has another totally unrelated issue. He is randomly falling and does not even know what happened. he says his legs are weak and when he tries to walk he is literally high stepping in order to move forward. Stepping as a marching band person may walk. I do not live by him to be able to see this.
