I Am Trying To Help My Girlfriend Get Some Suboxone

I am trying to help my girlfriend get some suboxone and get off of heroin. she is already in an outpatient treatment program. I can only imagine how frustrated she is after months of no answers from almost everywhere we go...its frustrating me and its not my problem.
Her primary doc cant write a script for it and the ER told her to go to a treatment center, they either only provide counseling or have many month long waiting lists.
How do I find a doctor that will see her and actually help her?

Nevermind I guess, I need to save what money I have to pay for her an appointment somewhere and fill a prescription if she can get one
