I Am Trying To Help My Sister Find A Doctor

I am trying to help my sister find a doctor who specializes in pediatric Auto Immune diseases. I have an 8 year old niece who has an auto immune disease that has left her right optic nerve in her eye scarred and has now moved into her left eye and right ear. She is legally blind in her right eye and has only peripheral vision in it. Her left eye is 20/150 with glasses. Now she is getting a hearing aid for her right ear. We are trying to find a specialist in or near our area in Kingsport, TN who specializes in this area so my sister can learn more about it and what else to expect and what treatments are available. Can anyone help me with this problem?!!! We are desparate at this point.
