I Am Trying To See If I May Be Having

I am trying to see if I may be having digms of a heart attack. I have a headache, my body especially both shoulders and back hurt the worst. My left arm hurts and my chest feels like someone is standing on it. Ido have high triglycerides. Should I be concerned. I haven't been able to go to my doctor and haven't been able to afford my meds.
