I Am Trying To Talk My Friend Into Going To

I am trying to talk my friend into going to the emergency room. She had a large hemoyoma on her buttocks and had it drained- a three day hospital stay. That was two weeks ago and it is back and larger than before. What are the dangers of ignoring it and waiting for it to go down on its own? Thanks.
