I Am Trying To Understand My Daughter. She Has Some

I am trying to understand my daughter. She has some kind of mental issue. She is very hurtful to myself and others since she was a preteen. She just cannot be nice unless she can get something she wants out of the person. Her childhood was pretty normal and she continues to be evil and hurtful if she cannot get what she wants from others.
