I Am Trying To Understand My Ultrasound Report: Few Small

I am trying to understand my ultrasound report: few small calcifications over cervix - probably all myomatous - one possible area of small fibroid anterior to the endometrial stripe - questionable significance? What does this mean? Is this causing my pain and bloated feeling? The doctor told me (this Tuesday) my bladder is prolapsed back and pushing into my colon and pushing up into my uterus which is enlarged.
