I Am Trying Too Get A Fair Idea Of What

I am trying too get a fair idea of what is trouble diagnosis with a targeted half dollar size spot area on my upper back, there is a big nasty raised bump red spot, looks like a mosquitoes bite size of a half dollar, it's swollen red bump , and it hurts, pain full it hurts, is it a tumor growth, I want too know what is wrong , how get it too go away disapate painfull.
