I Am Type 2 Diabetic And My Glucose Levels Are

I am type 2 diabetic and my glucose levels are fine I am being treated by my doctor and my A1C was 7.2 . I am 45 year old, and I had a missed menses cycle and when it finally started it was just light pink spotting. I had a UFE for fibroids about 2 years ago and my menses cycles were normal. I am concerned because I am having pregnancy symptoms. I had a tubal ligation but, had a miscarriage in 2012 I am worried and don't know what is happening to my body , my stomach is bloated and filled with gas and I have been very nauseated.
