I Am Uncircumcised And Had Passed A Kidney Stone Last

I am uncircumcised and had passed a kidney stone last week.
I also had some pain near the middle, front and left of my penis.
Went to my urologist and he examined me. He said the two are not related.
He put back the foreskin and
we saw a small, 2mm round bump which he called and ulcer and suggested
neosporin which has been discontinued.
Is this the right approach and what should I use instead of the discontinue product.
