I Am Under A Doctor's Care And Put On Pain

I am under a doctor's care and put on pain medicine for years. I also had neck surgery. The pain medicine causes extreme nausea so I stopped taking it. I have degenerate disc disease, spondylosis, severe arthritis, etc. Some age related, some heratity, worsen by an injury. Severe lower pain, burning sensation, difficulty walking - just wanted to find a remedy other than medication! I thought this was a free service I will check with my doctor, he sees me every 3 months and I go back this month - thank you.
