I Am Undergoing IVF Treatment. Tomorrow Embryo Transfer Will Take

I am undergoing IVF treatment. Tomorrow Embryo transfer will take place. For the last few days I am having itching in my vagina. Dr prescribed me Seleg tablet (vaginal use) intialy.then he changed it to Consoft cl. Right now the quantum of itching get lower but not fully eradicated under this circumstance the ET which is scheduled to take place tomorrow is safe?
