I am undergoing chemo for breast cancer. Completed AC in 8 wks. Now getting Taxol . Just got 5th of 12. Hemoglobin level dropped for 10.2 to 9.2 in 4 days. Dr wants to do blood transfusion if I drop to8. Lab again In 3 days. 6th Taxol scheduled for 3 days later. Or not. What happens if I quit Taxol now?
