I Am Unsure If All The Conditions In My Jaws

I am unsure if all the conditions in my jaws could be due to Fosamax. My problem is a great one because all my jaw teeth camre out of the bones & had to be cut out, roots & all. For years before that i took Fosamax for hormones but quit when I heard about damage caused by it. There is no way to get any kind of dentures, not even implants. All i have left on bottomnare 8 teeth. I have a false plate on top I am 86 years old. If i can get a dentist who really knows if I have been iinjured, I want to know for sure. If it isnt caused by Fosamax I want tonknow that,too.
