I Am Up And Can't Sleep Because Of Pain I

I am up and can't sleep because of pain I feel is an ulcer. I have had it before! I don't have any Prilosec or anything of the kind in my home and was wondering what to do. Also, can ulcers go away on their own or must I take something to relieve the pain and to get rid of it?
