I Am Using Tacrolimus Ointment 003 On My Lips.. As

I am using Tacrolimus ointment 003 on my lips.. as suggested by doctor I apply it twice on lips outside and inside too..

But am damn worried when I found out details.. I think I swallowed a bit of it.. as it is in inner layer too..
Is there any serious problem
