I Am Using Uriflow (0.4 Mg) Capsules, (Tamsulosin HCL ),1

I am using Uriflow (0.4 mg) capsules, (Tamsulosin HCL ),1 capsule every night, before sleep, for last one month, I have note my BP is about 125/78, in in morning, but increase to 145/90 in evening, pl. advice, should I stop taking Uriflow or not.
