I Am Using Yasminelle As A Contraceptive Form For Three

I am using Yasminelle as a contraceptive form for three months now. I take one every day at 7pm. Yesterday (Wednesday) I got back from work tired and I mistakingly took next week's Tuesday pill. When I woke up this morning (Thursday) I realised the mistake and took the right pill. Should I continue the medication normally? Is there a chance that my period cycle will change?
