I Am Using A Lotion On My Skin To Help

I am using a lotion on my skin to help remove skin tags and moles. It contains tea tree, myrtle, sandalwood, amaran h, alo Vera and chamomile extracts. I am have dizziness, nausea, lightheaded, achy, stuffiness, sinus drainage. I am also on heart meds, blood pressure, acid reflux diuretic and allergy pills plus vitamins.
