I Am Using Exluton Pills 28 Tablets Since February 3

I am using exluton pills 28 tablets since february 3 it was my first menstruation for that month .in month of march i only had 4 days of menstruation that usually get lasts in 5 days .in month of April my menstruation flow gets small amount (3-5drops in my napkin)for 3 days .In month of May i really failed to have myenstruation but i always have spotting of blood during the third row of the pills .but it all stopped from the month of may-july maybe i got some spotting but just a stain not 2 drops that i usually had .this day , i have a blood spot i think 2 drops in my underwear .i'm in my third row in my pills .i always take my pills during 9pm everyday i never missed .maybe sometime i'm lat for 20 mins to take it .that's maximum .am i pregnant?
