I Am Using Venez Xr For My Depression Treatment Since

I am using venez xr for my depression treatment since a month but now a days I feel better compare to previous 1 month. I started with dose of 37.5 mg for 1 week then it increased to 75 mg for 3 weeks. recently a week back I faced hallucination and sleeplessness so after consulting dr increased my dose to 225 mg in which 75 mg morning & 150 mg at night along with anxiety medicines for 5 days. Now since 3 days I am feeling better. So I have to take the dose for next 2 more days. So after that is it ok to stop all the medicine at a time or do I need to lower my dose slowly & then stop???
