I Am Very Concerned About My 7 Year Old Niece.

I am very concerned about my 7 year old niece. She has been diagnosed with ADHD, PTSD, insomnia
And behaviors such as stealing, inappropriate hugging of others and acts out continuously.
She sees a psychiatrist and has been put on seroquel time released. Could you give me some suggestions for this young girl with the above problems?
