I am very concerned because I've had the Flu for the past 4 days, just starting to feel better, and I have a pre-employment drug test to take today. I have taken Advil, Mucinex DM and Naproxen Sodium Tablets recommended by a pharmacist for severe body aches. Are these medications going to result in a false positive on a drug test?
