I Am Very Confused By What Is Going On With

I am very confused by what is going on with my back. There are multiple things happening, I have accentuated lordosis with 4mm retrolisthesis of L4 and 5. disc spurring at L1-2. Mild sclerotic changes along the anterior aspect of L1-2 disc. Mild disch space narrowing at L5-S1 with degenerative endplate sclerosis L5-S1 disc. Mixed density structure in L4 vertebral body having the appearance of a hemangiona. . Minimally bulging disc L2-3, L4-5, L5-S1. Right sided hairline pars at L5. I have been treated with PT, medications, radiofrequency, epidurals. Nothing helps. Is this something I need to live with or do I need to see another DR. for a 2nd opinion?
