I Am Very Dizzy When I Put Head Turn Or

I am very dizzy when I put head turn or sit up. Upright I'm fine. I habe bp meter .my bp is normal. I have been on a strict diet to control sugar as under stress it can go high but I'm also hyperglcimic. Yesterday I found that my sugar strips are 8 mth old. I'm warm on inside but cool to touch. Sos I'm in the countryside
