I Am Very Grateful To Have Had A Successful Transplant

I am very grateful to have had a successful transplant in November of last year and my kidney function is good. Prior to transplant my periods were heavy with a six week cycle. Post transplant they are still very heavy and I seem to have continuous light bleeding most of the time. I had a scan and everything was fine and I am apparently still ovulating even though I am 53. My breasts have enlarged significantly too. My consultant suggests I don't take the contraceptive pill as I had blood clots after my TX - also I am allergic to aspirin. Would you suggest anything else I can do to help particularly with the between period spotting? Thank you
