I Am Very Paranoid About Getting Pregnant And That I

I am very paranoid about getting pregnant and that I find it very hard to sleep sometimes but I was wondering how long can a sperm survive in air?. Can you get pregnant from tissues, clothes or any other way.

I also would like advise on how to control OCD, because sometimes I think that I am pregnant even though I have had no intercourse what so ever and its kind of bringing me down. Sometimes I feel depressed because I feel like i'm pregnant. I'm scared to even tell any one. I know there is something wrong with me. So I would like answers and advise so I don't have to worry any more.

I also show OCD and Pregnancy symptoms even though I have never had sex in my life.
