I Am Very Scared That I Might Have Herpes. Almost

I am very scared that I might have herpes. almost a week ago I used a single blade disposable razor, was a little bit itchy before but now it's all over and very itchy. no soreness, no burning during urination. the sores are also only on the pubic bone and bikini area. most of the spots look like typical ingrown/razor rash , but the particular area im concerned about is a larger cluster .. all of the other bumps are spread out. I have been scratching and picking at the area quite a bit
