I Am Very Tired Since Yesterday, I Slept For Several

I am very tired since yesterday, I slept for several hours yesterday afternoon, and la night I slept for 11 hrs, I did wake up once and felt like I had a fever but my temp was 95.6 my normal temp is around 97/6, I am being treated for breast cancer, I finished chemo treatments on 10/20/16 and will be having surgery on 11/22/16, also I just completed a 12 days of taking Keflex for an infection in I my legs caused by the swelling caused by chemo therapy I was on. I did see an infectious disease doctor and he thinks the infection is gone and the remaining effects I have in my shins are from blood pooling. I would agree since the compression socks I wear seems to have lessened the swelling in my ankles and in my calves too. I guess I am wondering if I should be concerned about the extreme tiredness or if it is probably related to all treatments and side effects my body is experiencing
