I Am Very Tried, Can Sleep All Through Night With

I am very tried, can sleep all through night with out waking. Get up and feel like I'm going to vomit, and itchy, itchy skin to the point where I wake up have a scratching fit and hve to go outside for the itch to slowly die off. No appetite the last two days hve to force myself to eat then I feel sick wanting to vomit again
