I Am Very Worried I Have Been On Pain Management

I am very worried I have been on pain management for 20 plus years and seeing a different doctor because that's who I was supposed to see it took me off most of my hydrocodone and put me on morphine 15 milligrams twice a day and hydrocodone 3 times a day he said my urine came back with something in it that wasn't supposed to be there I had told him prior to thatI took an oxycodone that it would be in my urine test urine test came back and he will no longer see me and told me to wean myself off I see him was supposed to see him in 5 days do not have enough medications to do that and I have a lot of medical problemsAnd I do not know what to do I cannot detox
