I Am Very Worried. This Morning About 8 Hours Ago

I am very worried. This morning about 8 hours ago I blew my nose and my left ear popped, the room started spinning, and I had a slight hearing loss or stopped up type of thing in my left ear. Now 8 hours later it's like a ringing in my ear all the time with stopped up feeling and the SLIGHTEST sounds makes it so much worse. Anything I can do to fix this without having to see a dr? It's Friday evening. No dr office open until Monday and this is terrifying me.
