I Am Vitiligo Patient. It Starts Age At The Age

I am vitiligo patient. It starts age at the age of 5 and I'm now 31 years old. During last 2 decades it spread all over the body. Is it curable? Due to high expense I turned to homeopathy and still White paches are spreading.
I am aware that it won't affect my life style. I used to smoke and drink. I heard that Unani treatment is better for this. Please advise
