I Am Wanting Coccyx Surgery. I Am Seeing A Neurosurgeon

I am wanting coccyx surgery. I am seeing a neurosurgeon this week. I have degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis with some disc buldgeing and sciatica. He may want to do surgery. I want the surgery. I will show him my tailbone also. Would it be him who would perform the surgery on my tailbone?
