I Am Weak, Bp Is 95/68, Pulse Is 84, Loopy

I am weak, bp is 95/68, pulse is 84, loopy feeling, swollen gland in armpit, decompression type feeling in ears, bloody nose, feel like I could pass out. I have stage 4 neuroendocrine cancer, nerimyuooathy, limbic encephalitis, and other issues. Dr. Assumed its an inner ear infection in both ears. First cipridex now started levaquin.
