I Am Weak (two Weeks Now). My Lungs Were Xrayed

I am weak (two weeks now). My lungs were xrayed and they are clear. I do not have flu or strep throat. No changes in medication other than recent antibiotics. I sleep a lot. This began at the end of a problem with my arm. It was diagnosed as degenerative disks in my back pinching a nerve going into my arm. Don't know if that matters. I have a hard time concentrating. Very little sinus. No others symptoms.
