I Am Weaning Off Of Celexa (originally For Anxiety And

I am weaning off of Celexa (originally for anxiety and depression and then was supposed to help with sleep issues and hot flashes). I am switching to Effexor because it’s known to help with hot flashes and sleeping issues and I’m reading it’s for depression but nothing about anxiety. Will I need to discuss with my doctor taking something additional for anxiety too? (I just had total hysterectomy bc of cancer and surgical menopause plus exemestane is causing a very low quality of life.)
