I Am Wearing A Life Vest And Have An Ejection

I am wearing a life vest and have an ejection fraction of 15%. I was started on Entresto 4 mo ago but it has not improved. Now I will undergo CRTD therapy. I have had bilateral breast cancer and mastectomies. I am thin and the device will be implanted in my chest but the generator in my abdomen. I am 78 yrs old, still employed and was diagnosed with left ventricular dysfunction in 1997. How does this sound. Like another's opinion and more info
