I Am Weeks Post MSSA. I Have A History Of

I am weeks post MSSA. I have a history of mono. Right now I am positive for Epstein Barr. I was sent to the ER for suspected liver failure but sent home. I am having cardio instability, tight dry lungs, loss of balance, tingly hands and feet. Before the MSSA I had dry eye and dry mouth. I am a personal trainer and fitness instructor but now I can barely function. I also have lymphoid hyperplasia in my throat. Can this be Vancomyacin induced organ failure?
