I Am White My Baby Boy Has 2 Possible Fathers

I am white my baby boy has 2 possible fathers both are dark skinned one is black and the other gypsy. I can not tell by looking at my six month old who the dad is. My question is does African Americans have higher risks of diseases or need special shots or anything of that nature? If so would a genetic test be helpful or are there any signs I can look for to help me determine the race?
