I Am Widowed. I Went To My Urologist For My

I am widowed. I went to my urologist for my annual prostrate exam. He ask me if I masturbated. I told him I am a catholic but once in awhile it get up tight and masturbate. He said he was a Christian and a Urologist and that it would be good for me to masturbate twice a week. I forgot to ask him what that would do for me from a medical stand point. What is your opinion?
