I Am Widowed, Female, Live Alone With Minimum Asstance. I

I am widowed, female, live alone with minimum asstance. I have Secondary Progressive MS and my mobility is deteriorating quite fast because I have had little support from my GP or MS Team in Poole Hospital, Dorset since.
At the moment I have observed that I have a broken blood vessel in my left eye and I saw the Pharmasist in Boots Pharmacey and also my Optician in Vision Espress yesterday morning 1/10/2016.
I am flying to Zurich on Saturday 8th October and would appreciate your advice please.
