I Am With My 92 Year Old Mother-in-law Who Has

I am with my 92 year old mother-in-law who has advanced alzheimers and is in a care facility. She has stopped eating or drinking, he hands are very col yet she is running an elevated low grade temperature. She has not been oriented to time and place for years now but is still minimally ambulatory with multiple falls. Her blood pressure is elevated today and she does have a longstanding DNR. The care center wants to know if she should be sent to the hospital. The family would prefer comfort measures only be given at the care center as per her pre-expressed desires. Are we doing the right thing and what should we expect?
